Privacy policy "cookies".

Konsolowo (konsolowo.pl and konsolowo.com) attaches particular importance to respecting the privacy of users visiting websites and using services provided by Konsolowo. In order for the software of online stores, websites and to provide services at the highest level to function properly, Konsolowo uses so-called cookies. Using the website without changing the settings for cookies means that they will be placed on your end device. You can change the settings for cookies at any time.

1. The Service does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.

2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Service User and are intended for using the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.

3. The entity that places cookies on the end device of the Service User and obtains access to them is the operator of the Service Konsolowo Lucjan Wodzisławski with its registered office at ul. Teligi 24 30-837 Kraków.

4. Cookies are used for the purpose of:

a) adapting the content of the Service's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the web pages; in particular, these files allow the Service User to recognize the device of the Service User and properly display the web page, adjusted to their individual needs;

b) creating statistics that help understand how the Service Users use the web pages, which allows for improving their structure and content;

c) maintaining the Service User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Service;

5. The Service uses two basic types of cookies: "session cookies" and "persistent cookies". "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or disabling the software (internet browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

6. The following types of cookies are used within the Service:

a) "essential" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication within the Service;

b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service;

c) "performance" cookies, enabling the collection of information on the manner of using the Service's web pages;

d) "functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of settings selected by the User and personalization of the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the website, etc.;

e) "advertising" cookies, which enable the provision of advertising content to Users that is more tailored to their interests.

7. In many cases, software used to browse websites (internet browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device by default. Users of the Service may change the cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the internet browser or to inform about each time they are placed on the User's device. 8. The Service Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites.

9. Cookies placed on the User's end device and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Operator.

GDPR Privacy Policy.

GDPR - Regulation of the European Parliamentand Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

1. The administrator of personal data is the company Lucjan Wodzisławski Infinity with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Teligi 24, 30-835 Kraków, tel. 530 001 377, sklep@konsolowo.pl, hereinafter referred to as "Konsolowo".

2. In order to manage the content published on the website, improve contact and understand the needs of our current and potential customers visiting our websites, access to some information requires prior registration and logging in. During the registration of the User account or during business contacts, when we directly and consciously received your personal data (e.g. providing us with a business card, e-mail with a query, oral consent), we save the data provided in our contact database, hereinafter referred to as CRM. This Privacy Policy regulates the issues of collecting information during business contacts and access to the company website.

3. Acceptance of this Privacy Policy at the time of creating an account on the website www.konsolowo.pl constitutes an agreement for entrusting and processing personal data. This policy applies to the personal data of users saved in the CRM system (hereinafter referred to as Users). Konsolowo considers that the consent to the processing of data is granted for an indefinite period.

The processing of personal data provided by the User during registration and logging in to Konsolowo is based on the consent expressed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR".

5. Personal data of www.konsolowo.pl Users are processed by Konsolowo in order to improve its services, present the best possible offer, and conclude online transactions.

6. Konsolowo processes the User's personal data in the form of profiling in the scope of User service and marketing. The Operator does not make automated decisions regarding the User based on profiling, as referred to in art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 of the GDPR.

7. In order to ensure efficient operation of CRM, after the User has used this system, Konsolowo uses a commonly used mechanism based on the so-called "cookies" to better identify the User.

8. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for "cookies", including blocking them completely, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by "cookies" to the User's device. Changes to these settings can be made using the web browser settings. However, such a change may cause incorrect operation of Konsolowo, including not allowing viewing content available only to logged-in Users. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of "cookies" in the web browser settings or to inform about their placement on the User's device each time. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of handling "cookies" are available in the software (web browser) settings.

9. Konsolowo may use single, invisible pixels embedded in the website to recognize the returning User and collect information about new preferences.

10. Cookies and triggering pixels are commonly used on the Internet and are completely safe for the User. The User is not in any way at risk of infecting the device with a virus or installing unwanted or malicious software.

11. The Users' personal data are stored in a database in which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of processed data in accordance with the requirements specified in the provisions of applicable law.

12. The User has the right to request from Konsolowo access to their personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing (also for marketing purposes, including profiling) and the right to transfer data.

13. The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

14. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

15. Providing personal data by the User is a contractual requirement and is voluntary.

16. Konsolow undertakes to maintain the secrecy related to the User's data and not to make this data available to unauthorized persons and to properly secure this information against access by any unauthorized persons. Konsolowo may not use this data for purposes other than those indicated in the regulations.

17. For the purposes of the reports it prepares, Konsolowo has the right to use the User's information only in an aggregated manner that does not allow for the identification of the User.
