II. Procedure for placing and fulfilling orders

1. Orders can be placed using the function of adding a product to the basket and then via the "Order" button.

In order to correctly complete the ordering procedure, it will be necessary to set up a user account, thanks to which you can also monitor the status of the order.

2. The basic condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion of contact details along with a correct, existing e-mail address and phone number, under which the order will be confirmed.

3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, all year round. Orders placed on weekdays after 1:00 p.m., on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - will be processed the next business day.

4. In the event of circumstances that completely or temporarily prevent the completion of the placed order, Lucjan Wodzisławski Infinity reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order - the Ordering Party is obliged to immediately notify the Ordering Party of the situation.

5. Orders in which the contact details were incorrectly completed (non-existent e-mail or no phone number) will not be considered.

6. Lucjan Wodzisławski Infinity reserves the right to suspend orders that raise doubts.

7. Prices of goods in the online store www.Konsolowo.pl are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (gross prices).

8. Lucjan Wodzislawski Infinity issues a receipt or VAT invoice for purchased goods. To receive a VAT invoice, you must correctly fill in the company details and provide your Tax Identification Number.

9. The company conducts mail order sales. In addition, purchased goods can be collected from the stationary store at ul. Teligi 24 in Krakow.

10. The customer will be informed about the next stages of order fulfillment by e-mail.

III. GDPR privacy policy.

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
