High quality, original ALPS analog. If your analog is drifting in one direction on its own - we can see this in games or in console's main menu, or even worse - is not working in one of the directions - you should replace it

Features:

  • Original ALPS module, identical as in your controller
  • V20 version
  • Size: 13mm
  • pin offset identical as in your controller
  • use in the case of the damaged analog
  • basic soldering skills are needed to replace
  • needs 14-points soldering
  • compatible only with Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller - model 1797

Recommended analogs to install on:

  • Xbox One controller Model: 1537- analog V5
  • Xbox One controller Model: 1697- analog V5
  • Xbox One controller Model: 1708- analog V5
  • Xbox Series controller Model: 1914 - analog V12
  • Xbox Elite 1 controller Model 1698 - analog V5
  • Xbox Elite 2 controller Model 1797 - analog V11,V20
  • Nintendo Switch PRO controller - analog V8
  • PS3 controller Dualshock 3 - analog V6, V10
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V1 controller (without additional lightbar, motherboard JDM-001) - analog V7 or V10 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V1 controller (without additional lightbar, motherboard JDM-010) - analog V7 or V10 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V1 controller (without additional lightbar, motherboard JDM-020) - analog V7 or V10 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V1 controller (without additional lightbar, motherboard JDM-030) - analog V7
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V1 controller (without additional lightbar, motherboard JDM-040) - analog V7
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V2 controller (with additional lightbar, motherboards JDM-040) - analog V4 or V7 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V2 controller (with additional lightbar, motherboards JDM-050) - analog V4 or V7 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS4 Dualshock 4 V2 controller (with additional lightbar, motherboards JDM-055) - analog V4 or V7 (needs visual assesment)
  • PS5 controller Dualsense - analog V13 or V14
  • Razer Rajiu controller - analog V6
  • Scuff PS4 controller - analog V4 or V7
  • Xbox 360,PlayStation 2, PlayStation 1 controllers - other type of analogs, bigger ones
  • PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox etc. controllers replacements - need controller disassembly and visual assesment

SONY Dualshock 4 and Dualsense analogs can't be chosen by model no. or case - they need visual assesment (you have to dissasembly controller)! Most common chosen ones are V4 - orange with 10k potentiometer, V7 - green-blue with 10k potentiometer.

Differences between analogs:

  • V1-V3 - OEM replacements, they have bigger deadzone, all of them have 3318 number
  • V4 - Favor Union original FJR10K used in pads with JDM-050,040 motherboards
  • V5-V10 - ALPS originals, have only visual differences, electric-wise they are identical
  • V11 - ALPS original - Xbox Elite 2
  • V12 - ALPS original - used in Xbox Series controllers Model 1914
  • V13 - ALPS originalused in Dualsense PlayStation PS5 controllers
  • V14 - Favor Union original 2,3KOhm, used in Dualsense controllers for PlayStation PS5
  • V15 - Favor Union original FJM10K 10KOhm with thin metal pivot
  • V16 - 10k replacement

ATTENTION! Analog may lock in extreme positions and that's normal. After soldering and assembling controller analog won't lock anymore. Analog contains 2 potentiometers of 10kOhm resistance (2,3kOhm for Dualsense) and 20% tolerance.

After replacing, analog drifts in one direction. How to solve that problem?

As I mentioned, analog contains 2 potentiometers (coloured element that can be detached) of 10kOhm resistance and 20% tolerance. That means that in effect they have 9-11kOhm resistance. Both potentiometers work as voltage dividers. If the drift occurs after replacing, that means you used analog with another parameters. The perfect solution would be ability to calibrate controllers, as in Nintendo's JoyCons. The simplest solution is measuring the old potetiometer and choosing the one that has closest parameters to old one. We do not measure potentiometers and we are sending them randomly!

We ship products to most European countries and several around the world. If your destination is not on the list, please contact us.

We have three main product condition types in our shop:

1. New - brand new, mostly used for the first assembly, such as integraded chips, data sockets or analogue sticks. Covered by a 24-month warranty (6 months for batteries).

2. Used - the smallest group in our assortment. Fully functional, but we cannot determine their condition. Mostly items that do not breaks down. These group include power supplies for consoles (e.g. 3DS or Xbox 360) or memory cards. Covered by a 6-month warranty.

3. Refurbished renewed, from disassembly - the largest group of products - professionally disassembledtested for proper operation and, if necessary, refurbished and cleaned. They meet the same quality requirements that the manufacturer sets for all new devices. Key components replaced using original parts (e.g. lasers in disc drives, analogue sticks in controllers). Covered by a 12-month warranty (6 months for batteries).

In cases where the visual aspect is important (e.g. housings), the assortment is divided into 3 additional subgroups:

  • Grade A - perfect condition, products are most often obtained from the dismantling of brand new devices.
  • Grade B - minimal traces of use resulting from a short time of use or repackaging. Warranty exchanges of equipment, 14-day returns, etc.
  • Grade C - goods in generally good condition, with normal traces of use resulting from use.
